The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
If you have a scheduled appointment or other business at the MTF, please verify with your provider or applicable office within the MTF to ensure there are no changes in schedule. To learn how the lapse in appropriations affects your TRICARE benefit, visit tricare.mil/shutdown

Interactive Customer Evaluation

The 673rd Medical Group strives to always provide the best patient care possible. As a patient, you are the most important part of your health care team. Be sure to ask your health care provider any questions you have during your appointment so that you fully understand the treatment plan. If you have questions, concerns, or compliments about the care we are providing, we have a few avenues for you to address them. The first option for addressing any issues is to ask your health care provider during your appointment.

You may also use the Interactive Customer Evaluation feedback website. After submitting your concern on the ICE website, a Patient Advocate from the team will look into your concerns. You may also call your health care team and ask to speak with that team's Patient Advocate. If you still have concerns after speaking with the section Patient Advocate, please ask to speak with the section's NCOIC or Flight Commander.

Our hospital Patient Advocate will then forward your concern to the appropriate section Patient Advocate to follow up with you.

Patients have the right to make recommendations, ask questions, or file grievances to the military treatment facility Patient Advocate at 907-580-3128. If concerns are not adequately resolved, patients have the right to contact The Joint Commission at 800-994-6610, or by submitting a concern or complaint online.
