Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Multi‐Service Unit (MSU)

We provide medical and surgical care for pediatric through geriatric patients. It services patients requiring care for diabetes, asthma, oral surgery, extended antibiotic treatment, or other surgical and medical problems. Services are offered 24 hours daily, with visiting hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
