The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
Our military hospital remains open and we’re continuing to provide healthcare services. Scheduled appointments and procedures are proceeding as planned, and new appointments continue to be booked. Gastroenterology

We have three Board Certified Gastroenterologists that specialize in the evaluation and treatment of disorders of the digestive tract including, but not limited to gastroesophageal reflux disease, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, peptic ulcer disease, diseases of the liver, bile duct and pancreas. As skilled endoscopists they perform many diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, ERCP, endoscopic ultrasound, capsule endoscopy, ambulatory pH monitoring, liver biopsy, and esophageal manometry. As a specialty clinic, a referral from your primary care manager is required to initiate care. All new appointments are booked by the Referral Management Center.
