We serve approximately 12,000 empaneled beneficiaries, providing a broad spectrum of health care to the entire family. We provide a lifetime of quality care to patients of all ages, from birth to the golden years. Primary care encompasses a range of health care services, including well-child exams, adolescent health care, preventive health care, acute care, disease management, women’s health care, and minor surgical procedures. Recent implementation of the Patient‐Centered Medical Home model of care provides greater satisfaction to patients, physicians, and the health care team by ensuring that patients' needs are met, recommendations for preventive medicine are addressed, access to care is improved, health information is handled effectively, and the team works as a cohesive unit.
Acute and established medical appointments are offered during normal duty hours from Monday to Friday, except the third Thursday of the month when closed for Medical Readiness Training. Appointments can be made by calling the appointment line at 907-580‐2778. Family Health Clinic walk‐in times for suture removals, blood pressure checks, wart treatments, pregnancy tests, vaginal discharges, urinary infections, and Depo‐Provera injections are daily, 8 – 11:30 a.m.
