Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Patient Administration

We provide health care support services as part of the delivery of basic and comprehensive medical treatment to eligible beneficiaries and manages or provides appropriate guidance and oversight of all aspects of medical records functions within the 673d Medical Group. The staff also maintains inpatient and outpatient records availability and accountability to ensure compliance with national accreditation standards. In addition, the section provides oversight responsible for release of information, diagnostic coding, hospital admissions, family member relocations, Medical Evaluation Boards, and Line of Duty determinations.
