Patient Administration

We provide healthcare support services as part of the delivery of basic and comprehensive medical treatment to eligible beneficiaries and manages or provides appropriate guidance and oversight of all aspects of medical records functions within the 673d Medical Group.

The staff also maintains inpatient and outpatient records availability and accountability to ensure compliance with national accreditation standards.

In addition, the section provides oversight responsible for:

• Release of information
• Diagnostic coding
• Hospital admissions,
• Family member relocations
• Medical Evaluation Boards
• Line of Duty determinations
