Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

  1. Head east on Muldoon Road toward Muldoon Gate
  2. Continue onto Provider Drive
  3. Take roundabout and exit first right at Wilkins Avenue
  4. Continue straight onto Front Circle Drive
  5. Destination will be on the right

From Boniface Gate

  1. Head north on Boniface Parkway toward Boniface Gate
  2. Continue onto N. Boniface Parkway / Vandenberg Avenue
  3. Turn right onto Provider Drive
  4. Take roundabout and exit third right at Wilkins Avenue
  5. Continue straight onto Front Circle Drive
  6. Destination will be on the right
